Yes we do! The development we completed on 7 Hercules is a great example where an investor came to us with a site they were keen to develop but didn't know where to start. MGroup managed the full end-to-end design and build! From chats onsite about what to do with the old house that sat on the site to final walk throughs with the buyers on the completed 7 townhouse development., we are there every step of the way!

We build all our homes to a high standard but we know that it takes some time for new builds to settle in and you might need us back to check on a few things. Rest assured every MGroup property comes with a 12 month build warranty period as well as full product warranties on all materials and appliances. As a first-time property investor, I was blown away by the level of communication and transparency exhibited by M Group throughout the entire process.
